INGREDIENTS:
*2 lbs pork belly
*5 cloves of garlic pounded
*3 pcs bay leaves
*1/2 cup soy sauce
*1 1/2 cups water
HOW TO COOK PORK ADOBO:
*Marinate pork belly, soy sauce, bay leaves & garlic for at least 1 hour in a pan or wok.
*Turn on the stove.
*Add water and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
*Add vinegar and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
*Turn-off the stove and leave all the seasonings at the pan.
*Turn on the stove to medium heat, add cooking oil and stir fry the meat in the pan for 5-10 mins. Or add a little marinade sauce if you desire.
